New housing grid. Better format. Holiday Inn address. For rooms w/o confirmation number, watch this space. Will include as soon as we have them from hotel.

FYI… these rooms have been confirmed by the director of sales at the property yesterday. Please do not call to confirm rooms, as the front desks are not to give out any information regarding these rooms and often give out the wrong information. Technically all changes still come through THS until day of arrival.

Referee meeting information… Please read, print, and apply throughout the event:

2017 Boston Volleyball Festival Referee Meeting

Referees will be housed in several hotels in the area. We wish we could house everyone immediately next to the event. That, alas, is not possible.

Based on information from SportWrench registration (flying/driving), we put drivers in hotels with non-drivers. Thanks in advance for drivers assisting out-of-towners with transport to the convention center.

The tournament will pay for hotel parking. If you are charged for hotel parking, please present receipt to Steve or Maria.

Parking at the event is NOT covered. We have added Transport from hotels to playing facilities (we strive to cover parking/transport with match fees).

[FILE UPDATED — See newer version, please]

If there are any issues, please forward them to me immediately. We will work to resolve things as best we can.
