First matches will start at 530p on Friday.
Please make sure to leave enough travel time for Friday afternoon traffic issues around Springfield (lots of construction, I hear).
If you have 530 match, please shoot to be at the facility by 445 and check in with Glenn by 5p. If you don’t have a 530 match and it’s convenient to arrive early, we very much appreciate you being on standby for anyone who has travel/traffic issues.
We will not have a designated “meeting” on Friday.
Pre-event referee notes can be found at https://www.dropbox.com/s/n0xt47g298zs7r7/NERVA%20Qualifier%202018-Referee%20Meeting.pdf?dl=0. Print and carry with you at event. Note: The event will be using the USAV Test Rule.
General event information is at http://jvctournaments.com/NERVA%20Junior%20Qualifiers.
Housing: Housing grid is not yet available. Stay tuned.
Referee schedule: Distributed via Sportwrench as soon as it is available (likely Thursday).
