Transfers to NERVA

Procedures for a transfer from another Region to NERVA on Webpoint.

If your membership is LAPSE:
DO NOT renew your membership until your new regional assignment has been accomplished by the Region office.
For transfers to NERVA, email the Commissioner with your request (commissioner@nevolleyball.org) and include:
1. the players full name
2. the players Date of Birth
3. the current region

The Regional Commissioner will assign your record to NERVA
Once completed you will receive an email from the Region.
You can then renew your Membership. You will see the NERVA Logo on the second page of the renewal.

If your membership is CURRENT with another Region:
For transfers to NERVA, email the Commissioner with your request (commissioner@nevolleyball.org)
The Regional Commissioner will need to contact your Current Region and USA Volleyball to process the request.
Once completed you will receive an email from the Region.
If the request was a transfer your Membership will be CURRENT with NERVA.
If the request was a cancellation your Membership will be LAPSE you will need to renew with NERVA.

Reasons for transfer denial:
Regions have the right to deny a transfer. Some (but not all) of the reasons may be:
Outstanding financial obligation to the former club
Disciplinary reasons from the current region
Rules/Policies established by the Region
