USAV Medical Release Forms:
USAV will no longer require the collection of Medical Release Forms. The New England Region will be adopting USAV’s policy, and the forms will no longer be required. However, the New England Region will recommend that clubs do collect the form from every athlete. It is our understanding that this was done strictly to limit USAV liability with the collection, storage, and destruction of PCI contained in the paper copies. The liability will now be passed on to the club if they are to require the document.
