This page outlines the 2022-23 memberships available for both Junior and Adult members. Please review the memberships below to select the one that suits your involvement best!

Junior Membership Options:
REMINDER: Parents will need a SportsEngine account/profile before purchasing a membership for their athlete(s). DO NOT PURCHASE A JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP AS AN ADULT!
- NERVA Tryout — $15.00 ($5 USA Volleyball, $10 NERVA), valid through Aug. 3. Limited membership allows for participation in 1 or more Region-sanctioned club volleyball tryouts. Athletes must upgrade membership prior to being placed on a roster. It does not allow for participation in other Region-sanctioned events (practices, competitions, camps, clinics, etc), in USAV bid tournaments, or USAV Junior Nationals.
- NERVA Junior 17 & Under Player — $60.00 ($25 USA Volleyball, $35 NERVA), valid through Aug. 31. Allows for participation as a junior player in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events.
- NERVA Junior 18s Player — $60.00 ($25 USA Volleyball, $35 NERVA), valid through Aug. 31. Allows for participation in all junior USAV/RVA sanctioned events for those who are 18 years or older as of the last day of the membership season. Individuals must be SafeSport trained prior to participation.
- NERVA Junior Aged Staff – SafeSport & IMPACT Required — $60.00 ($25 USA Volleyball, $35 NERVA), valid through Aug. 31. Allows for participation in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events. Participants who are already 18 should select an adult coach membership type. Upon turning 18, members in staff roles are required to obtain an adult membership and submit for a USAV background check. The participant will be required to be SafeSport trained and complete IMPACT prior to participation.
Adult Membership Options:
- NERVA Adult Coach of Juniors — $50.00 ($25 USA Volleyball, $25 NERVA), valid through Aug. 31. Should be selected by all adult coaches of juniors, even if they are participating in other roles. Allows for participation in all USAV/RVA sanctioned events. The participant must successfully pass a background screen, be SafeSport trained, and complete IMPACT prior to participation.
- NERVA Adult Official — $50.00 ($25 USA Volleyball, $25 NERVA), valid through Aug. 31. Allows for participation as an official. The individual must successfully pass a background screen and be SafeSport trained prior to participation. Coaches should choose the “coach” specific membership to be eligible.
- NERVA Adult Chaperone – SafeSport & Background Screen Required — $50.00 ($25 USA Volleyball, $25 NERVA), valid through Aug. 31. Allows for participation as a chaperone or other non-coach role needing to meet safety requirements. The individual must successfully pass a background screen and be SafeSport trained prior to participation. Coaches should choose the “coach” specific membership to be eligible.
- NERVA Adult Player — $50.00 ($25 USA Volleyball, $25 NERVA), valid through Aug. 31. Allows for participation as a player in all adult USAV/RVA sanctioned events. Junior club players should select the “Junior 18s Player” membership.
- New England One-Event Adult Player — $30.00 ($5 USA Volleyball, $25 NERVA), valid through Aug. 31. Allows for participation as an adult player only in an event that extends up to a total of five consecutive days. Individual RVA restrictions may apply. Junior club players should select the “Junior 18s Player” membership.
