The New England Region membership registration fees are managed separately from USA Volleyball national registration fees. A request for a cancellation and possible refund of fees must be submitted through the Region Commissioner (commissioner@nevolleyball.org). A request of the cancellation and possible refund of fees for the USA Volleyball fees must be submitted through the Region Commissioner on behalf of the individual. USA Volleyball and the New England Region reserves the right to make exceptions to their refund policy at its sole discretion. Cancellation and refund final decisions are not appealable.

The New England Region and USA Volleyball recognizes two categories of memberships in accordance with USA Volleyball Membership.

Full memberships: Full membership for adult or junior. This membership gives the highest level of benefits to the member. This membership may be eligible to receive a refund of Regional and USA Volleyball fees. Cancellation requests must be received within forty-five (45) days of purchase. There will not be a refund if the member has participated in any New England Region sanctioned event (sanctioned events include tryouts, practices or tournaments).

Limited memberships: Limited membership for specific membership group of the Region. Limited memberships are not eligible to receive a refund of Region or USA Volleyball fees. (Example of Limited Memberships are Tryout Membership, One Event Memberships and Upgrade Memberships).
