How do I register for USAV / NERVA and what is Webpoint?
NERVA is a region of USA Volleyball. USAV uses the “Webpoint” system to register all members. Memberships are valid for 1 season which is from September 1 thru August 31 each year.
Is membership required to participate?
Yes, a requirement to participate in any USA Volleyball/ NERVA sanctioned event is that all participants are Current members
I can’t remember my user name and password for the Webpoint system, how can I get help?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Be sure to include your full name and date of birth in the request.
How do I pay for my or my son/daughter’s USAV/Webpoint Membership?
Players and parents may pay for their membership fee using a credit card (not AMEX) during Webpoint Registration. As proof of paid membership, be sure to print and bring your ID card to any tryouts you may be attending.

How do I change from Undecided to my Club of Choice?
Go to the Webpoint site: https://webpoint.usavolleyball.org
Login using your username and password
Choose “Member Profile” from the menu on the left
On the right side of the screen look for “Club”. If it says “Undecided” use the pull down menu and choose the club of your choice.
Once selected click on “Edit Contact Info” on the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Note: that if you chose another club by mistake or need to change from one club to another, only a region admin can make that change for you. Email email@example.com for help. Be sure to include your full name and date of birth in the request.
Can I try out for more than one club?
YES! If you know you will be trying out for multiple clubs, we strongly suggest you choose “undecided” during USAV/Webpoint Registration. Once you decide which club you will play for, simply change from undecided to that club.
What if I chose the wrong club during Webpoint/USAV registration? (need to change from one club to another).
If you chose the wrong club or are changing from one club to another, only a region administrator may make that change. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Be sure to include your full name and date of birth in the request.
